1. What this notice covers
This notice covers the 71lab.net website itself: accounts, membership, orders and access records. Data handled inside MemEasy and Jiyi is described in their own privacy policies. The website does not collect the notes, to-dos, tags or avatars you create in the apps.

Account data is stored in our own database (Cloudflare D1). We do not ask for your real name, identity documents, address or phone number.
3. Payments and orders
Online payments for 71QuantLab VIP are handled by a third-party payment provider acting as merchant of record. Card numbers and billing details are collected and processed by that provider under its own terms; we neither receive nor store them. We store only the order number, plan, amount, currency, status and timestamp, in order to grant access, reconcile accounts and process refunds.
If you buy by transferring money through WeChat, we keep the contact details and order details needed to grant access and provide support.
4. Cookies and access logs
The only cookie this website uses is the sign-in session, which keeps you logged in while you browse and is invalidated when you sign out. The website runs no advertising, no third-party analytics or tracking scripts, and no cross-site tracking.
The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which also delivers static assets and installer downloads. To serve pages, prevent abuse and keep the service secure, the hosting provider may process ordinary request logs such as timestamps, IP addresses, request paths, and standard browser or device technical information. Log fields, retention periods and processing locations depend on the provider's configuration and policies.
5. What we do not do
We do not sell, rent or trade your account or order information, we do not build advertising profiles from it, and we do not serve third-party ads on the site. The website loads no external fonts, CDNs, analytics or social plug-ins.
6. Retention and deletion
Account and membership data is kept while the account exists; order records are kept as needed for reconciliation and support. You can unbind devices and sign out at any time from your account page.
To delete your account and its data, email the address below from your registered email address and we will act once your identity is confirmed. Order records that we are required to keep by law or by our payment platform are the exception.
